Hawai’i Nature Center partners with schools to serve as destination field trips for onsite learning with environmental educators at its campus in Makiki Valley. A limited number of schools can be accommodated and sponsorships are sometimes available. The outdoor programs promote environmental stewardship and are relevant to the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). Meet the educators. The program times listed allow for a 30-minute lunch.
