Project Description
November 2019 – Hawai‘i Nature Center was selected in November as one of a handful of nonprofits honored as part of Pacific Business News’ Business (PBN) Leadership Awards. This prestigious program looks at the organization’s innovation in addressing challenges, leadership and community impact.
On both Maui and Oahu, 927 volunteers have contributed nearly 6,000 hours each to expand the nonprofit’s impact and each year, more than 20,000 children are educated by the Center’s programs.
