November 2024 – Get ready for an exciting winter break at Nature Adventure Camp. Running from December 23 to January 3, these four-day camps held over winter school break is designed for children ages 6 to 11 and offers a fantastic opportunity for them to connect with nature while having fun.
Week 1: Ahupuaʻa Adventures Join us for a special camp from December 23 to 27, where students will explore Hawaiʻi’s cultural heritage and learn about the ahupuaʻa—a land division system that stretches from the mountains to the sea. Campers will engage in a variety of activities, including games, storytelling, and get hands-on experiences that emphasize important values such as mālama ʻāina, or caring for the land, and laulima.
Week 2: Uncover Hidden Nature From December 30, 2024 to January 3, 2025. join us for a week dedicated to discovery, where campers will use their senses to uncover nature’s hidden wonders, of nocturnal creatures. Participants will engage in hands-on activities, such as using microscopes and investigating soil, all designed to bring the hidden natural world to life.
